Welcome to BDShoppers.com, a digital marketplace operated under BRAINTREE. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under legal guardian supervision. You agree to use BDShoppers.com only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension.

2. Marketplace nature

BDShoppers.com operates primarily as a multivendor marketplace facilitator. Individual vendors are responsible for product content, specifications, availability, pricing, after-sales service, and warranty (unless explicitly stated otherwise). BDShoppers does not manufacture most listed products and acts as an intermediary technology platform. BDShoppers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing at any time.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues, pricing errors, risk flags, or payment failure. Refunds (if applicable) follow our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. BDShoppers may refuse or cancel suspicious orders.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, political unrest, or supplier issues. BDShoppers is not liable for delays caused solely by third-party logistics partners.

5. Return, exchange & refund

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. Customers must comply with mandatory unboxing video, valid invoice, official claim procedure, and vendor inspection. Failure to follow the procedure may result in automatic rejection.

6. Warranty policy & claim conditions

Warranty support is limited, conditional, and subject to verification. A warranty may be requested only for verified manufacturing or functional faults under normal household use (e.g. verified manufacturing defect, hydraulic failure under normal use, wheel breakage under normal usage, machine non-functional on arrival). All cases require physical inspection.

Warranty will not apply for customer-side damage (tears, breaks, burns, electrical/water damage, drops, overweight use, improper assembly, third-party installation, normal wear), compliance failure (no unboxing video, no invoice, tampered packaging, missing accessories, unauthorised repair, late reporting), or promotional exclusions (discounted/clearance/bundle/coupon/flash-sale items unless stated on the product page).

Claim procedure: Email info@bdshoppers.com with photos, video, and order details; obtain written approval; submit the product to the authorised vendor at your cost; collect after service at your cost. Without approval email, the product will not be accepted. Email approval is not final approval. After inspection, BDShoppers/vendor may repair, replace parts, replace product, provide service, or reject the claim. Cash refund is not guaranteed under warranty.

Unless stated otherwise, maximum recommended user weight is 120 kg; damage from overweight use is not covered. Customer is responsible for proper assembly unless official installation is provided. Minor colour/finish variation is not a defect. Products are for normal household use unless stated. Force majeure exclusions apply.

7. Account suspension

BDShoppers may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, false claims, abuse, or policy violations.

8. Intellectual property

Site content is protected by copyright and belongs to BDShoppers or respective vendors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Changes to terms

BDShoppers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDShoppers shall not be liable for vendor product defects, warranty refusal by manufacturers, customer misuse, assembly errors, delivery delays, or indirect or consequential losses. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Jurisdiction: courts of Dhaka.
