Refund Policy

We are committed to quality products and a transparent shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following return, refund, and warranty terms. This policy protects both customers and our authorised vendors.


Mandatory unboxing requirement

To claim any return, replacement, or warranty, you must record a clear full unboxing video from the moment of opening the sealed package, clearly showing product condition. Without a valid unboxing video, no return, refund, or warranty claim will be accepted under any circumstance.

Mandatory invoice requirement

Provide the original purchase invoice / money receipt or verified digital invoice (PDF/SMS/email). Without a valid invoice, no claim will be accepted. Invoice details must match the submitted product.

Eligible cases (limited coverage)

Return/replacement/warranty will only be considered after inspection when verified as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Hydraulic system failure (under normal use)
  • Wheel breakage under normal usage
  • Machine non-functional on arrival
  • Paid product becomes unavailable in stock

All claims are subject to vendor physical verification.

Strictly not eligible

Customer damage: leather/PU/fabric tearing; wood/plastic breakage; colour fading; burn or heat damage; electrical damage from voltage/over-power; water/liquid damage; rust from environment; improper assembly; overweight use beyond recommended limit; commercial/heavy use; normal wear and tear.

Condition issues: used products; broken seal or tampered packaging; missing box/accessories/manuals; not in resellable condition; clearance/final sale; digital products; free gifts; standalone accessories; third-party incompatibility.

No warranty on discounted products

Products purchased under discount, special offer, promotional campaign, clearance, bundle, coupon, or flash sale are not eligible for warranty, replacement, or service support unless explicitly stated on the product page. Such products are treated as final sale.

Warranty claim procedure

  1. Email info@bdshoppers.com with product photos, problem video, order number, and full description. Incomplete submissions may be rejected.
  2. Approval email — if preliminarily valid, you will receive written approval and vendor/service location. Without approval, the product will not be accepted.
  3. Vendor submission — you must send/bring the product to the provided location; transport and collection costs are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. BDShoppers does not guarantee home pickup or delivery.

Warranty resolution

After inspection, vendor/BDShoppers may choose repair, part replacement, product replacement, service support, or claim rejection. Cash refund is not guaranteed. Email approval does not guarantee final approval.

Refund policy

Refund is processed only when: verified defective and replacement unavailable; paid product out of stock; partial order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.

Timeline: refund initiation within approximately 72 hours after approval; card refunds 5–10 business days (bank dependent).

Applicable charges

If return is approved but not due to BDShoppers/vendor fault: inside Dhaka ৳100; outside Dhaka ৳200; plus payment gateway charges if any — deducted from refund.

Discounts and cashback applied at purchase may be adjusted in the refund calculation.

Weight limit, assembly, colour, commercial use

Unless specified, recommended maximum user weight is 120 kg; overweight damage is excluded. You are responsible for assembly unless official installation is provided. Minor colour/finish variation is not a defect. Commercial use may void warranty unless the product is labelled for it.

Force majeure

BDShoppers is not liable for delays or disruption beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, political unrest, courier disruption, supplier delay, etc.).

Delivery time reference

  • Inside Dhaka: approximately 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka metro: approximately 3–10 working days

Final authority

BDShoppers reserves the full right to inspect, verify, approve, or reject any claim after physical inspection by the authorised vendor. The company's decision is final and binding.
