BDShoppers ships across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, remote locations, or carrier capacity.

Typical timelines (reference)

• Inside Dhaka: approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka metro: approximately 3–10 working days after dispatch.

Exact dates are not guaranteed. You will receive updates via SMS/courier tracking where available.

Delivery charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and product type. Remote areas may incur additional charges or longer lead times.

Inspection

We recommend recording a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This is mandatory for any return, replacement, or warranty claim.

BDShoppers is not liable for delays caused solely by couriers, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes in line with our Terms & Conditions and carrier terms.
